We love the variety of products that Young and Healthy offers! We like to have the fruit and vegetable capsules, the mixed fruit and vegetable powder, and the pieces of freeze-dried fruit on hand always. If we start the day with a smoothie, we simply add in the powder with our yogurt, frozen fruit, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. When starting overnight oats or oats and almond milk cereal style, we add in the fruit pieces. The capsules allow us to supplement what we may not be getting in a day or by having a breakfast that doesn’t have fruits and veggies. This allows us to have flexibility in our routine while still assuring that we get the nutrients we need.
We are vegetable lovers and eat a variety of fruit and vegetables daily and still we like to make sure that this is equating to what we need nutritionally as well. We also like that the freeze-dried products can go easily with us on trips as we are avid campers and like to save cooler space where we can! Nancy and Rich are also open to questions about potential new products or variations, and it is nice to have a rotation of fruits and vegetables for the products to keep our bodies guessing.
We plan to continue getting the variety that meets our needs for our bodies and for our lifestyle routines.
