I find it hard at times to get a good variety of fruit and vegetables into my diet this helps out tremendously. I have also found that I have more sustained energy throughout the day and with it being freeze dried I don’t feel like I need to snack as much during the day.

I have been using the fruit and veggie powder because I have a hard time swallowing pills. I take it with water and it doesn’t taste bad. I also take the Turmeric I can’t say enough great things about them, My husband and I both take them everyday. We are in construction so we need to feel the best we can. We also snack on the Freeze dried fruits , Love them all.. We have also tried the Freeze dried Chili , you just add water and wait 5 minutes and you have a Delicious bowl of Chili, Great for camping.
