I had knee surgery a few years ago and since then I have had some pain and aches. Once I started taking the turmeric it seemed to help out a lot with most of the pain where I had a lot more days where I was in little to no pain and the days that were bad didn’t seem to last nearly as long or as painful. Also being an avid gym goer it seems to have cut my recovery time down can’t recommend this enough.

I have been taking these capsules for a couple months now and cannot tell you enough about how well they work. I have been in severe back pain for about 15 years every single day from an accident when I was younger. The only options I have really been offered was pain pills which wasn’t for me, and expensive chiropractic visits. The Turmeric capsules have been a blessing. I still have bad days with pain when I have over worked my body, but not as bad as they used to be. I would truly recommend giving these capsules a try.

I started taking turmeric about 3 months ago–I was having a hard time finding a comfortable sleeping position due to hip pain. What a difference the turmeric has made! I have recommended it to several friends-and they like it too! I love that I don’t have to take ibuprofen which can be hard on my stomach. The capsules are large which was daunting to my husband (he has knee pain), but now he is faithfully taking them too because he noticed a huge difference when taking the turmeric capsules.
